So I know this is normally a YouTube tag but I'm not on that path yet, and I really like it,
so I'm doing it here!

1)Favorite Fall lip product?
In the UK we call Fall Autumn Rimmel London Kate Moss Matte Finish in 107 and just general lip care is cherry chap-stick

2)Favorite Fall nail polish?
No7 Stay perfect Betty Blue

3)Favorite Fall Starbucks drink?
Pumpkin Spice Latte. I wasn't expecting to like it but it's heavenly!

4)Favorite Fall candle?
TU (Tesco's) Passion Flower & Mango. It sounds summery but it has a really
warm welcoming smell to it!

5)Favorite Fall scarf/accessory?
My Tartan scarf

6)Haunted house, hay ride or haunted corn maze?
I don't really understand this question considering the UK doesn't really do stuff like this, but I have been through the Saw Maze at Thrope Park which counts to us Brits

7)Favorite Halloween movie?
THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. This movie was made before I was born and everybody in my family has loved it since it came out. I pretty much grew up with this and The Addams Family so they've stuck with me since I was about 3

8)Favorite candy to eat on Halloween?
We call 'Candy' sweets but I think Toffee Apples

9)What are you dressing up as for Halloween?
I don't have any plans for Halloween this year but if I were to dress up I like the idea of a dead Marvel girl. Last year I was Wednesday Addam, which I really liked

10)What is your favorite thing about Fall?
It leads up to Christmas!!! I love Christmas and it gets dark and cosy
and I feel it's just a much nicer atmosphere

"You can dream about it, or you can go out and make it happen"- Why the Red Bull advert has inspired me so much

Due to my reviews on beauty products, I may come across as a bit girly.
I am not, even in the slightest!
Which brings me onto why the 2012 Red Bull advert inspires me so much.

I am quite an Adrenaline junkie, I love sports such as skateboarding, snow-boarding/skiing, surfing (there is a bit of an 'S' scheme going on here...) water skiing and free-running. All these high active sports appeal to me as they are something that involves intense dedication and concentration, no matter how hard you try there will always be something new to learn, such as tricks or knowledge. For me it is also the fact that I cannot do several of these sports everyday, which gives me anticipation and the mind to say "Right I might not get the chance to do this in a while, so make the most of it!"
and I will perform my best.
I know this may also occur with other sports but these are my opinions.

I've been learning how to skateboard for three years now and confidently been skating
for over a year as well as having a boyfriend and (best)friends who are
addicted to it and bloody-well brilliant.

When I first saw the Red Bull advert, I was gob-smacked.
I was so inspired!

It was around a period of my life where I had been under going hospital treatment (this isn't a "cry me a river" story) and I was unable to do much in the terms of being active.
I'd missed a lot of school, was unable to see my friends and was just slowly giving up.

To make matters worse (in my mind), I was at the peak of skateboarding just before being admitted to hospital. I had been working really hard and felt like I was finally learning more and more and getting better and better but obviously it is a caution to skateboard after having surgery.
This put me in the dullest moods, I was depressed and thinking of worst case scenarios in my mind.  All I could do is sit and home. Now some teenagers would absolutly love that, miss school, have the excuse to do nothing! Well not me.
I like to get fresh air, and see people and obviously continue skating.

Seeing this advert made me realize how brilliant life can be.
I don't think I was doing myself any favors. I wasn't feeling any better because I was telling myself "I don't feel well, I feel useless, I'm in so much pain" where as I feel now, that I would have made a much faster recovery if I was to tell myself "I'm going to get up today and try and do more, I think I'm starting to feel better" as mental mortality has been proven effects on how you feel.

What I find amazing about the advert is that it has variety on the activities (not just sports) and that it contains different races, genders and age which all leads to the same
approaches to what they are doing.
To me, this gives me the insight that there are people around the world with the same
passion as you and that there is always hope- no matter who you are.
(I can see this post getting more cheesey, I do apologize haha).

Two certain clips in the advert show dancers on the street and then the  scene jumps straight to the same person/group dancing in front of massive audience (vise versa).

The end quote is
" You can dream about it, or you can go out and make it happen"
Now there is no point denying it, we've all had those dreams where we have actually achieved our dreams. Some may be a rock star, some a world class dance act and for me, my most recent one was being a pro skater.

This quote has so many levels and can be taken for what you think it means, either going out and giving it your all straight away or starting off with baby steps but you can sit home and be like "*Sigh* I wish I was an even better skater than Ryan Sheckler" (message to me of the past).
Of course you can sit home and research what you are interested in though. I learn
best through watching tutorials and  learning definitions as it expands my knowledge and experience on it.

The advert also uses one of my favorite songs 'M83- Outro' which is a bonus!

I hope this blog post has inspired you a bit and if it hasn't then I highly recommend you watch the advert (link below). This isn't me trying to shove idea's down your throat saying "DO THIS! DO THAT!". It's just something that makes me happy and gives me that little push which it may with you.

So you can dream about it, or you can go out and make it happen!

Topshop: Head Over Heels blusher

I had been looking for a new blusher for a long time and I was in the makeup part of Topshop and stumbled upon their one.
The first thing I noticed was the packaging. HOW CUTE!
It's just a little round white pallet with messy black polka dot's on and has so much
personality for a little pallet, so that drew me in.

As I had never tried it before I was skeptical on buying it- but hey! There is a first time for everything! So I decided to buy it in the colour Head Over Heels as I have
a pale complexion and I did a couple of swatches on my hand and I liked Head Over Heels best .

I looked at the tester in the store and I found it was of a cream consistency which I wasn't
too keen on, but I was in some desperate need of some blusher and in a
bit of a rush, so I picked it up and bought it anyway.

I found it a bit awkward to use at first as it was really hard to work into my face (especially with a base of makeup already on my face like foundation) but then I played
around with the consistency I used.

I've now warmed up to it as I think it gives my face a healthy glow where as
when I use powder in makes my face look for artificial as it doesn't sink in like the cream.

 Retail price (Topshop) £6

There is more than one colour!

Rimmel London Lasting Finish Matte by Kate Moss

For a long time now I have been using Barry M lipstick, but I decided I wanted change.
I had seen Kate Moss' Rimmel London collection advertised and I thought I might as well give that a try as it was supposedly 'matte', which I liked the idea of.

So I went to Boots and found it.I bought it in shade
 107

What I especially love about this lipstick is its red, with a hint of purple, which is exactly what i was looking for.
It is extremely moisturizing which I was surprised about. Being a matte lipstick you would think it would have to be dry to get that effect (well I did) and it is actually the softest lipstick i probably own! It keeps your lips completely velvet smooth and it just makes your lips look expensive and nice.

It smells really fruity and lovely. I normally don't like the smell of lipstick because I
find it smells like play-dough.

I think it compliments my skin tone really nicely (I'm pretty pale) but I think it will work with any skin tone because it isn't just red, and it isn't just purple- so the undertones of colour in it will stand out to the preference of your skin.

The only downside I have found about this lipstick is that it seems to get on my teeth really easy, but besides that I love it and it lasts for hours!

Retail price (Boots) 5.49

Yankee Candle: Cherries On Snow

I know it's only October, but yes I have already gotten into the Christmas spirit and bought a festive candle! I'm a massive Yankee Candle lover because they smell amazing (most of them do anyway) although they do come at a big price!

My first intention's when going to buy this candle was to buy the 'Spiced Orange' one, but then I found Cherries On Snow.
A couple month's before I found this I wanted to buy the Cherry Blossom one, but I couldn't find it anywhere near me. So I thought Cherries On Snow was a pretty got substitute for the original one I wanted.

It smell's exactly like cherries and has a supper nice sweet Christmassy smell to it!
I've never loved a candle this much before!

The good thing's about Yankee candles are they are so big (sizes vary) That the don't run out as fast as regular candles do. I always buy the 623 g (the largest jar) although that is the most expensive, but I just prefer the biggest one.

This is my favorite Yankee Candle so far, and will defiantly be repurchasing it
once it's all burnt down!

Large jar £19.49
Medium jar £16.49
Small jar £7.99

Sanctuary Body Butter

I have been using Sanctuary Body Butter for about 2 year's now- it's my all time favorite.
It's leaves my skin ultra soft and hydrated but is not the best at soaking in at a speed.
I love to use this on my face as well as my body because it smells absolutely gorgeous and leaves my skin 'touch-ably soft'.

It is a really big pot (300 ml) and this is my third pot in 3 years!
It last's for a very long time and I find that  I will only have to use it 2-3 times a week as it keeps my skin feeling that great for than a day. I highly recommend this!

Retail price (Boots) is £9.50 for 300ml but can be bought elsewhere.

Lush; Snow Fairy

Many people such as (v/b)logger's and friends of mine have told me about how AMAZING Snow Fairy is, and I kept on thinking "hmm, I can't imagine it smelling that great"so when I went into Lush a week ago I thought I'd give it a whirl.

I can't explain how brilliant it smells.
On the bottle it says "Smells of candy floss and pear drops to transport you back to your childhood". That is exactly it!
It is supper sweet smelling, so if you're not into that sort of scent then I don't think this is the shower gel for you but I don't see how someone could not like it!

What I also love about snow fairy is that it has specks of blue glitter in. So it also gives you a little glow in the sun light.
My only problem with this is that the scent doesn't seem to last that long on my skin, This may be because I was it off for too long but I'm not to sure.

I only got the 100 g bottle to try it but I shall defiantly be repurchasing it and buying the 500 g bottle.

Retail prices (Lush)
100 g £3.50
250 g £6.25
500 g £10.25

The Body Shop Watermelon Pasteque and Spiced Pumpkin Citrouille Epicee

AW12 I have been obsessed with Pumpkin and Watermelon, which is why I was lucky to stumble upon these mouthwatering scented products from The Body Shop.

I had heard about them through  Rhiannon Ashlee (http://www.fashionrocksmysocks.com/) on her Instagram and how she got them on sale for only £2!
Knowing my luck the sale would no longer be on once I got to the shops +I couldn't wait to buy them so I ordered them online, although that did add £2.99 postage.
The Watermelon Body Lotion smells absolutely amazing! It smells sweet (but not sickly) and super fresh. The scent lasts on my skin for the whole day, I don't know if this varies with skin types. The bottle says 'The distinctive scent of sweet and juicy watermelon. This lightweight lotion softens and hydrates skin, just like our original. Now with Community Trade Shea butter and sesame seed oil'.

I find it also soaks in very well. Nothing is more annoying than having to wait
a long time for your body lotion to soak in. So even if you're in a rush in the morning's, you can jump out of the shower, wack it on and off you go.
It's that simple.

It is retailed for £4 for a 250 ml bottle (The Body Shop) and £2 on sale.

I really like the Spiced Pumpkin shower gel. You can really smell the spice in it!
What I found is that I don't need to use much at all as it foams up really well and leaves a lovely lingering scent on my skin). The bottle says 'The sweet and spicy scent of homemade pumpkin pie- pure indulgence. With Community Fair Trade honey'.

I think this sum's it up pretty well! I find it really relaxing and it leaves my skin amazingly soft. It is also a great product to shave with as it is really think and moisturizing.

It is retailed for £4 for a 250 ml bottle (The Body Shop) and £2 on sale.
